Bookings
Bookings must be guaranteed by a credit or debit card.   Acceptance will be made by me when I have received full payment from you. There is no agent involved in this booking process; the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and me as the property owner.  Confirmation of a booking by you is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Payment
Payment is by MasterCard or Visa through PayPal for online bookings.

Arrival and departure
The chalet is available as indicated. Normally, check in is from 12:00hrs . Check out time is 10:00hrs

Amendments to your booking
To amend your booking, please call me.  You’ll get the phone number when you book.  Cancellation charges apply where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds
If your reservation is cancelled or in the event of non-arrival, no refund will be given, unless I am able to re-let the chalet.  If this happens, a 15% administration fee will be charged.  Normal terms of payment apply to these charges.

Car parking
There is an allocated parking space for the chalet which is usually available.

Insurance
I recommend that you have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Children
Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Dogs and other pets
Pets are not accepted at the chalet.  If a guest arrives with a pet, I reserve the right to terminate the booking without being liable for any refund or compensation.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the building. I reserve the right to terminate the booking in the event of failure or suspicion of failure to comply with this request without being liable for any refund or compensation. Smoking is permitted in the garden.

Damage to property
You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the chalet and its equipment during your stay and will pay me on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
